Who Is Tanya
Tanya work with an organization that can provide a challenging environment and the opportunity to utilize her skills to the fullest. She was also involved in the Bellport, Blue Point, Patchogue & Mastic Shirley chamber of commerce, and she had worked with the Boys and Girls Club and Long Island Head Start. She was heavily involved and director of Sunrise Day Camp, which is brings the simple pleasures of childhood back to children struggling with cancer. She had achieved a lot of accomplishment in her short span of life. She will be missed daily by the community at large & by her family.
Tanya Bathija was a very loving young woman. She was always passionate on projects she was involved, and always expanded her horizon. Tanya Bathija was well-known in the large community Long Island, New York.
She was involved in her community at a very young, whether it be learning Kathak classical Indian dance or being a very active young member of Asamai Hindu Temple. Tanya had been a beauty pageant participant, she had said her reason for getting involved was to show young women & young girls that there is no perfect beauty & that beauty comes within.
After completing her education she went on to become a successful businesswoman. She had opened Dunkin’ Donuts stores in various locations Bellport, Center Moriches, Sayville, Lindenhurst & Blue Point.
